This is another recipe that I found online but don't know the source. It's a good one!
1 C tapicoa flour
3 Tbs potato starch
3/4 tsp salt
4 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
3 lg eggs
1 1/2 Tbs olive oil
Combine flours, salt and xanthan gum. Beat eggs and oil. Combine dry and wet ingredients. Add water if necessary. Roll out pasta as desired. Boil pasta 10 - 12 minutes.
